South Park Coalition - We are a group of South Park residents working together to make our neighborhood cleaner and safer for all who live here.

Cobblestone neighborhood. Cobblestone is a planned community with a Homeowner Association required by law as we have common property and assets (open space lots and a tennis court). We have consistently spent the majority of our funds on fire safety for over 30+ years. We are now confused by our conflicting and overlapping rules (for example, our by-laws discourage street parking due to curved, narrow streets - however are met with backlash as we are uncertain about enforcement) of City and State regarding many aspects of residency (business restrictions within residences, multiple families, renters, etc.).

I am unaware of a Neighborhood Group in my neighborhood (known as Piner/Fulton on Next Door) Will this new site connect me with a Neighborhood Group if one is formed in my area?
